New
South Wales' National Parks protect fragile and valuable habitats.
Please observe the bush code and take nothing but photographs
and leave nothing but footprints.
Remember:
-
The well-being of native animals depends on the food
they eat and the health of their environments.
- Do
not feed animals and ensure you put all rubbish
in the bins provided or take it home with you.
- Try
and use biodegradable soaps.
- Wash
and clean your teeth at least 50 metres away from
any waterway or wetland. Detergents will find their way into
lakes and rivers and endanger acquatic life.
- All
native plants and animals, Aboriginal sites and rock formations are
protected in National Parks and must not be disturbed.
- Pets,
firearms and generators are forbidden and all vehicles
must be registered and keep to formed roads.
